It was a beautiful weekend here in Memphis. It actually had a little chill in the early a.m hours. So, to enjoy the beautiful weather we ate outside on our screen porch all weekend and had family over for a cook out and a little smore action using our fire pit for the first time. On Sunday we headed out to Shelby Farms (where I think everybody else headed too) and Brandon was able to fly his plane. He was very excited because the last time he tried to fly his plane it was in the park by our house which is not to big and borders two major roads and not to mention a little league practice on the baseball field (the baseball out field makes up for a little over half of the open area in which Brandon had room to fly). Needless to say that he crashed his plane and had to repair its tail. This time he came out only loosing a rubber band and completing his first loop. It was very exciting stuff.
